We take great care in packaging and shipping our vintage film cameras to ensure they arrive safely and securely.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).


UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using trusted courier services such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • Other tracked delivery providers

Delivery time typically takes:

  • 2–4 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently. 


Packaging & Protection

All cameras are carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

As we specialise in vintage and pre-owned equipment, we take extra care to ensure safe delivery.


Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days, please contact us.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within:

  • 10 working days (UK)

  • 20 working days (International)


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before dispatch.
