Thank you for shopping with The Point & Shoot Company.

We specialise in vintage and pre-owned 35mm film cameras. As these items are used and often decades old, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The camera must be in the same condition as received

  • No additional damage must have occurred after delivery

  • All included accessories must be returned

To start a return, please contact us using the contact section of our website.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

We may ask for photos as proof of damage/condition.

Condition of Vintage Cameras

All cameras are tested before sale and described as accurately as possible.

Please note:

  • Minor cosmetic wear is normal for vintage cameras

  • Light scratches, brassing, and age-related marks may be present

  • These do not qualify as faults unless stated otherwise

We encourage customers to review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Items

If your camera arrives faulty or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video showing the issue

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement (if available)

Return postage for confirmed faults will be covered by us.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You are responsible for return postage

  • The item must be securely packaged

  • We recommend tracked shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Film, batteries, or consumables
